One on one sessions and packages are determined on a case by case basis and based on location, frequency and the duration of the commitment. We can begin with a free, exploratory call in which I can get to know where you are coming from and your goals, after that I will make a recommendation. I generally recommend that students commit to doing 10 weekly or twice-weekly sessions, providing us with enough time to make meaningful changes and instill a reliable relationship to yoga practice.
